Paris Baguette has been our family's go-to bakery for years. We've watched the prices climb and the portions shrink, and we've stayed loyal anyway — because the quality kept us coming back. So when we needed a cake for an important birthday, this was our first and only call. We ordered a custom Spidey cake using the design displayed in their in-store book. The book photo was detailed and beautiful — clean webbing, a clearly recognizable mask, vivid colors. We trusted that image completely. What we got was something else. Except the color matched, nothing else. It seemed to be a very very thin two layered "homemade" cake. At the birthday party, guests asked if something had gone wrong — it was genuinely embarrassing. To make it work, I even brought all the decorations myself — the figurines, the toppers, everything. The bakery's contribution was the cake itself, and at $155, I expected the details to be way better than this. Also, my original review had more details but I don't know what happened and nobody could see it except my own account. Hopefully this edit made it work?

Saw this sign on the counter so did everything O was supposed to do. Did a screen capture to confirm and showed the employee. She told.me to go get a mochi donut, but they were out. Brought a strawberry coated one to counter and employee would not allow me to have it. Asked her to provide a Mocha donut and she said they were out. She did not care, did not want to care. Did not want to accommodate. I held up.my end of the deal, and they flaked out. False advertising. I've been to many other Paris Baguette locations, and they are fine. This location on Mission Blvd in Fremont has HORRIBLE service.

This place sucks. The pastries are good but the service is very poor. They move super slow, no smiles just frowns and unpleasant demeanor. I also got a caramel frappe and that sucks as well, it taste like ice and water, no flavor and sweetness at all. I wasted $25 dollars. I wouldn’t go to this location at all. There is also no dedicated parking… so good luck finding a spot.

Beautiful cake, my kids gave two thumbs up! Ordered this stunning cake for my kiddo’s 4th birthday. He wanted a rainbow cake and Paris baguette delivered beyond his expectations. The vanilla bean frosting was pure silk, and the cake itself was incredibly moist with just the right amount of sweetness. Everyone at the party was asking where I got it, and I’m already planning my next celebration just to order from them again. Highly recommend!

Good variety of bakery food items. Especially liked the bread and savoury things. Desserts didn’t seem too inviting. The coffee croissant donut was way too sweet! The Pizzetta was good. Garlic sausage roll was very good. Café latte was fine. Nearly arranged place. Servers could’ve been a little more attentive. We specifically told them we would have the food in the cafe itself and still they packed it in a box. On telling them again, they behaved as if they heard it for the first time. Did give us the plates then. Tables could be cleaner.
